Title: Calculating the log P of a compound
Post by: missUK11 on April 19, 2013, 04:12:40 PM
Can some please help me on this question please about calculating the log P of a compound where P is the partition coefficient:

Calculate the log P of compound F given that the log P of pyridine G is 0.65 and that the log P of naphthalene is 3.45 and that of benzene is 2.13.

I know the hydrophobic substiutent constant (π) = log Px - log PH
