Title: Im trying to make liquid herbal incense. like k2 eliquid

I was thinking buying research chemicals such as Pb22 and add it to VG or PG would be enough. I didn't want to use acetone or ever clear.

But the Pb22 doesn't dissolve at All. I've tried everything am I doing anything wrong?.

Any idea to what kinda other solvents I can use? And how to go with the process?

I don't usually do this kinda stuff

The forum policy is that we do not help people make homemade medicines (drugs) or cosmetics. We will not help you prepare anything intended for inhalation/ingestion, whether the high is legal or not.
