Title: 2 questions, HOOH IR Spectrum and Amide defense group on benzene

Hey guys,

I'm doing a project about Hydrogen Peroxide, and I need to compare my IR spectrum to a "experimental literary source".
I need to find both a visual spectrum and peak numbers.
I've checked SDBS, NIST and SciFinder...no luck...
Can anyone help with that?

Also, I'm doing an experiment about Electrophilic Aromatic Substitution with the final product being Para-Bromoaniline.
I'm supposed to use an Amide group to "defend" the Ortho positions from taking the bromine, and I'm asked how come the Amide group defends both the Ortho positions and not just one.
Originally I thought this was because the degree of freedom the single bond between the aromatic ring and the amide group has (Swivels around the axis), but I was told this is not the case...

also, people protect nitrogen with this compound:

your compound when potected will look like this:

the Boc group is bulky, and will protect the ortho positions
