Title: how to make distemper and emulsion paints

dear all,
i am unemployed and want to start the manufacturance of distemper and emulson paints,i want general formulation of distemper and emulsion paints,and also the ratio of main ingrediants including binder,rasin solvent,and also the ratio of additives to be added for quality control.
