Title: Converting liquid sulfur

Can anyone please explain a process that would convert liquid sulfur at a pressure af 1 atm into rhombic solid sulfur at 1 atm pressure without producing any monoclinic sulfur? I just don't seem to understand it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
