Hello.
I am seeking som sort of powder og very small balls/pieces that can reflect light in various directions when put in water.
I looked at some reflective powder that is also use for road paint, but i also thought of smalll chrome balls.
But i don't know how different they react, when lighted.

Welcome here, Abugge!
Can't you dilute milk?
Maybe some other emulsions resist microbial attack better. A hydrocarbon, whose emulsion is stabilized by isopropanol or propane diol? Or would oleic acid make an emulsion?
I expect fine solid powders to settle more quickly than a good emulsion does. 50nm MoS2 settled in one day, even Indian ink does over years. Talc? TiO2 is reflective and nanometric, but isn't it too dense? Maybe if you mix once a day.
Try not to breathe nanopowders to much. Silica is known to make sick, TiO2 is suspected, and basically any fine powder belongs outside your lungs.
