Post by: alex00 on August 11, 2013, 12:02:33 PM
hi guys
Is there any material that soluble in water at ambient or low temperature and insoluble at elevated temperature?

Lots. Most gases. Some solids.

CO2?

NH3 has good rate of solubility from ambient T to elevated T. But which solids is there like it?

I am thinking about using it for crystallization. at high T we could dissolving our crystal raw materials (the solid not solved at high T) when the solution cooling down the solid dissolve in to the water and force the crystals out .
I know it`s thermodynamic is important .

Inverted solubility.

Cerium Sulfate. Sodium Sulfate.

Cerium Sulfate. Sodium Sulfate.

cerium sulfate good but it`s rate is low. and about sodium sulfate it is correct higher than 30C
