Let me first off just say that I do not plan on harming my body in any way, I am only asking this out of curiosity.
Are there any chemicals that, when applied to human skin, can permanently damage sweat glands without harming the skin much? I know botox injections are approved by the FDA for people with excesive sweating, but botox does not permanently damage sweat glands.

The human body evolved with sweat glands for a reason?
Destroying them could leave you open to a multitude of problems with other body systems which rely on the sweating process for temperature regulation.

We like to help people with theoretical topics, even if they're a little strange or possibly dangerous. But yours is so specific, and so very strange, it seems like we can give you no useful information, except of the sort that could be dangerous. So I'm at a loss as to what sort of answer we could give.
