Hello everyone im not a chemist just signed in looking for help.
I would like to know which product to use, to bond two different materials, one is sopralene membrane 180 (elastomeric bitumen blend of SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) and the other is low-density polyethylene film , sopralene 180 membrane was used to cover an artificial lake of 4500 m2 and i was required to cover it with LDPE for longer product life and seal small leaks the lake may have. the information that im asking for, is the recommendation of a product to glue this films and has the durability to withstand underwater for a long time.
i have searched lots of companies and no one has an answer, is this posible?
I appreciate the attention and information you guys may have.
best regards.
Cesar

¡Hola Cesar, bienvenido aquí!
Polyethylene is difficult to glue, but hot glue often works on it; butadiene-styrene is generally less difficult.
