Title: Enthalpy and Higher Heating Value (HHV)
Post by: BreakingBad20 on November 02, 2013, 10:01:33 AM
Hi All,
Is it possible to obtain a value for Enthalpy (kJ/hr) from multiplying the flow rate (kg/hr) by the Higher Heating Value (kJ/kg)?

I suppose mathematically the units cancel to the form required but I was wondering would it be an accurate value?

*Apologies I was following a book which has its units mixed up, can this post be deleted please?*
