Title: About Molecular orbital theory

I have some question about Molecular orbital theory.
1. MO of Ne2(-)
in my opinion, it doesn't because Ne will be expanded octet but I'm not sure.
2. LUMO of F2(2-)
None or 3s sigma bonding?

I don't understand what the actual questions are.  E.g., "MO of Ne2(-)" is not a question.

2. What is the LUMO for F2(2-)
