Title: Calculating electrode corrosion during electrolysis?

If organic compounds are being electrolyzed whether in an undivided or divided cell, how can the anode decomposition in the solution be calculated? Rather, the rate at which the anode will fall apart based on the current.

For hypothetical reasons lets imagine the use of copper electrodes.

If I understand your question correctly, and the electrode decomposition is just a side effect of the processes taking place - you can't. You can determine it experimentally at best.
