Title: Solid State NMR
Post by: genevieve on March 07, 2014, 04:43:40 PM
Hi, I'm writing a paper on the technique of solid-state NMR for an instrumental chem class. I need at least 3 spectra to analyze and I am not having any luck online finding solid-state NMR spectra. I'm looking for fairly simple compounds to analyze. If anyone has any experience with solid-state NMR and could lead me to some data, I'd really appreciate it.

I don't have any off hand, but you should be able to find journal articles which use the method and publish the spectra.  Your best bet is to focus your search in journals for material(s) chemistry, which one you choose will depend on your individual journal access.  Remember that if someone uses solid state nmr they will likely say SSNMR or similar abbreviations.  They will probably only spell it out if the paper is a detailed analysis using SSNMR, in which case it probably won't be simple enough of compounds for you to easily use for your course.
