Hi All
I am trying to determine rapramycin from a Drug eluting stent.I have placed the stent in DMSO to extract the Rapramycin and injected the sample underivatised onto the GCMS unfortunately I can see no peaks yet
any advice greatly appreciated

Can you give more information?
What is the temperature profile you are using on the GC/MS?
What column are you using? What model GC/MS, what detector,
what flow and carrier gas?
What chemical information can you give on the rapramycin?
Thanks.

I cant find rapramycin; do you mean "rapamycin".
If you do, I'm surprised that you expect a compound with 5x >C=O, 2x -OH groups and MW 914 (underivatized) to have sufficient volatility to be amenable to GC analysis.
Have you done a lit. search, or any homework, on this compound ?
You should be doing HPLC; many refs. out there.
