I have a problem with the first part.
What is the reaction between Li and H2SO4?
Is it important to be in concentrated or dilute solution?
What is the difference between being concentrated or dilute?

What are the products of reactions below?
Li + H2SO4(conc) = ???
Li + H2SO4(dilute) = ???

I can't give you a direct answer because of forum policy.
Li is reactive enough to be oxidized by water only (i.e. H+).
In the concentrated solution, there is a significant amount of sulphate ions which in acidic solutions are good oxidizers.
Now you try to write the products.
