Title: Undergraduate Research
Post by: Ben Bob2 on July 16, 2014, 07:05:05 PM
I was notified last week that I have been selected for the Eisenhower Transportation Fellowship at the university I am transferring to next month. I will be entering from a community college as a junior in the B.S. Chemistry program.

The professor that will be advising me on the research is in Aviation Engineering.

I am really excited about actually getting to do research for the first time, but am also nervous about it. Does anyone have advice for me?

p.s. I don’t get to meet my advisor until the beginning of the semester and have no idea what type of work I’ll be doing.

Yep, it does seem odd. I know that he has done research related to nitrogen use though.
I guess I'll find out more in a month :)
