Title: CH3OCH2CH(CH3)2 H-NMR help

The answer says it has that. But where does the triplet come from?

The far left C is a singlet. But I'm confused for the far right ones. CH2's hydrogens are doublets. The CH3's are both doublets too, right? since its only neighbour is the CH.  But what about the CH? It's immediate neighbour is both the CH3s and the CH2s. Shouldn't that give rise to a multiplet? Where does the triplet and quartet come from? I can maybe see the quartet coming from the CH if it wasn't next to a CH2.?
