P = 729 - 13.6 = 715.4 = .941 atm
V = 131ft (12in / 1ft) (25.4mm / 1in) = 39928.8mm = 6.37 x 1013 mm3 = 6.37 x 107 L

You are asked ONLY about pressure. For the bubble to exist its pressure must be identical with the pressure in the water at given depth - this is given by sum of the atmospheric and water column pressures.
