Title: Anyone have any idea wht this could have been used for?

Hey All,

So.. my first post here and i would like to call out to our "senior" members since this thing here is definitely not a new device!

I'm really wondering what this could have been used for (Or maybe people are still using it somewhere)...

On the side there's a label stating "The magnet is to be switched off between titrations"

For the rest there's really not much that rings a bell (~15 years of hands-on lab experience, so i've seen my fair share of equipment)

So, please: Have a look and enlighten me.. :)
