Title: [Cu(NH₃)₄]²⁺ or [Cu(NH₃)₄(H₂O)₂]²⁺ ?

If I am making a complex ion with ammonia solution and copper (II) hydroxide precipitate, would the complex ion be [Cu(NH₃)₄]²⁺ or [Cu(NH₃)₄(H₂O)₂]²⁺ ?

[Cu(NH₃)₄]²⁺ would have a square planar shape and have bond angles of 90ᵒ
but
[Cu(NH₃)₄(H₂O)₂]²⁺ would have an octahedral shape and have bond angles of 109ᵒ

which one am I making? Any help would be very useful. Thank you :)

How do you propose octahedral shape and bond angles of 109ᵒ

The complex ion has a charge of 2+, not 2-.
