I am formulating a rust cleaner integrated with a corrosion inhibitor but I want to kill the acidic odour in the formulation (used Hydrochloric and Sulphonic acids) so that it will not smell acidic. I have tried ammonia but couldn't get what I wanted.I need a substance that will not react with the formulation. Who can help here?

This is a touch problem to solve. You want acid to work, so neutralizing isn't an option. You can cover with a perfume fragrance, or try to limit evaporation of fumes with some sort of thickener, as in naval jelly.
