Title: Contact angle and wettability
Post by: aaabbb on November 13, 2015, 09:18:12 AM
Hello, i would like to know why the contact angle between water and Teflon is bigger than the angle between water and polyethylene?
I thought that because Teflon has F atoms, it should be able to have hydrogen bonds with water so it would have a high wettability...

Thank you!  :)
