Title: silver acetate
Post by: sneldred on August 03, 2004, 02:18:34 PM
I have a 5g/l solution (in distilled water) of silver acetate that I am coating onto a material.   The material is then dried in an oven.  I would like to know the best test method(s) for determining what species of sliver and what quantities may be present on the material.  I am guessing there is silver ion, silver metal and silver oxide.  Also, how sensitive will the silver acetate crystals be to photo-reduction and what affect will the heat exposure have on the crystals?
