Is the hydrolysis of this salt correct? Picture attached

Nope it's not correct. Nothing will happen with water.

Are you tasked with finding the proper reagents or are you predicting what the product is after hydrolysis?

I'm not tasked with finding any reagents. I was just trying to figure out what I had after performing electrolysis on the aqueous salt solution. H2 gas was produced at the copper cathode and a white substance appeared at the graphite anode. The white substance floated in the solution. I'm not sure what it was.

So now we have electrolysis. Where did that come from?

I had an aqueous solution of the sodium salt shown in my first post. C14H10Cl2NOO-Na+
I applied 18 volts to the solution with a copper cathode and graphite anode. H2 gas was produced at the cathode and an unknown white substance was produced at the anode. The white substance was less dense than the solution, so that's why I assumed some sort of hydrolysis had taken place, because the original salt settled at the bottom.

I'm assuming NaOH is also produced at the anode, but I am not sure what is being oxidized.

I'm an inexperienced undergraduate chemistry student, so I apologize if I'm asking the wrong questions or not giving enough info.
