How much electrical energy (KW) its required to split two molecules of Oxigen?

It might help if you defined the product(s).  What are you imagining the oxygen molecule is splitting into?

And I'd be curious to know the fate of the atoms (if that's the question), because they'd need extremely good reasons to stay separated.
