Title: having trouble with pretty simple conversions
Post by: Steelos_Trip on February 01, 2016, 09:29:37 PM
I am having a bit of trouble converting the mathematical questions. These may be very simple but I just don't got the flow yet of what to convert to when a unit is presented or what is the process of some converstion.  ???

There are several, One of them is:

Convert 1.00 ft3 to cubic centimeters. (1in = 2.54cm)

You didn't show your attempt at the problem but I can guess that you have no idea how to start so I'll give you a tip.

1 cubic foot is equal to 1 foot X 1 foot x 1 foot.

However, 8 ft.3 is equal to 2 ft. X 2 ft. X 2 ft.

So, 8 ft.3 is equal to 24 in. X 24 in. X 24 in.

Hope it helps.
