Sir i want to know how to define KDa. means will it define from number average molecular weight or weight average molecular weight???

Hii,

I am using PVA (poly vinyl alchohol) to make microbubble. to separate those bubble i need a dialysis membrane. but i  don't know which ll be useful. I don't know how to define the KDa. please help me regarding this.
