Title: Techniques To Determine Weight Percent

If there's an unknown containing a mixture of CaCO3 and NaCl,
What simple experimental procedure could I use determine the weight percentage of CaCO3 and NaCl in this unknown?

So far I know there is gravimetric analysis, thermo-gravimetric analysis, atomic absorption, titrations, and ion selective electrodes albeit not all of these are "simple" to me at least haha

Many ways to skin that cat. Basically any method of determining amount of one of the substances in the mixture will work.

What reactions of NaCl do you know?

What reactions of CaCO3 do you know?

Do you know how each of these analytical methods work?  What sort of information would thermogravimetric analysis give you for a sample of NaCl?  This will help you narrow down your thought process, so the task appears less daunting for you.
