Title: side reaction in the amide coupling of acid containing cyano group

Hi everyone,

i tried amide coupling of  acid containing cyano group with EDCI and HObt conditions. Is there any possibility of side reaction through cyano group.

No, the cyano group will not interfere with a peptide coupling
