Title: Determining compound from H NMR
Post by: CyffLynxs on May 22, 2016, 08:31:02 AM
I am trying to work out what the compound from the following NMR is. I am struggling a little as I am a little rusty when it come to NMR. Any help would be great :)  (https://www.chemicalforums.com/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FCI9joZ7.jpg&hash=d18adceb6fc71d86f1d78593819d897f7a2154e9)

It would help if you posted a higher quality/larger image. I can't read the integrals.

I think the peak at 3 ppm is a septet. This and the 6H doublet is a big clue.

Sorry for the low quality but it is a rather small print out.

This is a bigger version of it

I have a feeling that it might be the following compound but unsure
