Title: Wierd that I study this stuff for fun?
Post by: OrionEmpire on May 25, 2016, 06:21:27 PM
Just curious how many others out there study this stuff for fun?

I've been actively studying biochemistry, organic chemistry, microbiology, regular biology, astrochemistry, and general chemistry for a few years now. It's too complex of a reason to post why I do it, so for fucks sake, when people ask, I tell them for fun, which it is partially also for fun. I have never even passed the ACT, never took any chemistry classes in highschool, etc. Never even had a job remotely similar to any of these.

On top of these, I also actively study astronomy, botany, and geology, and linguistics.

I know in today's age of this modern world, not alot of people probably actively engage in these fields just for fun, and I know the majority probably think it's wierd.

Was just curious on your opinions, if you have any. It doesn't bother me what people think of it, I'm just curious.

Sounds weird. But I'm glad you're here.
