Title: What are some good things to cover in an essay on five co-ordinate complexes?

I can't really find any good sources of information that aren't either just mentioning the basic geometries or going way over the level of information required.

Maybe it would be a good idea to tell us what the required information is.

Why exactly five-coordinate? I mean there is lots one can thell about electronic confiugration, molecular orbitals, typical catalysts, etc...
