Title: Quantifying an unknown
Post by: ndiya on June 17, 2016, 07:09:12 PM
I have a compound that consist of two substances and I want to quantify the amount of one of the substance in the compound using a standard of known concentration. I could make a calibration curve of the known standards but that wouldn't take into account the fact that the compound at hand is composed of not only the analyte in question but another substance. Some please *delete me*

Also I am using hplc to quantify the analyte.
