Title: organic chemistry

The GCMS for the isolated compound is not good . There are many peaks without any intervals ...How to overcome this issue. Can anyone analyze my spectrum result.

We'll try.  Post the image, and tell us more clearly:  what you expected, why you expected something different, and what exactly seems wrong.
