Title: Making a Very Fine Polish safe for Plastics?

I'm looking for some substance alot more finer than typical automotive & plastic fine Polishes that isn't oily & won't damage delicate soft acrylics.  Even the finest grit Polishes I have tried leave very fine scratches. At first I thought about watering down a fine commercial polish or even using just water buffing with a microfiber cloth.

Kits exist to polish Pmma (Plexiglas and competitors) windows after a repair of after glueing. Do I remember that they're available over the manufacturers of Pmma plates?

Whatever the method, scratches often result from very few particles that are too big, rather than from the main constituent. Just very little dust in you polish paste, or remains from the previous, coarser paste.
