 ???Dear All,

I would like to know if the substances mentioned below can CO-EXIST/STABLE together in the SAME solution?
If not, kindly mention why(eg interactions,pH, etc)
Please note all the chemicals,values,inter-relations CAREFULLY, then let me have your esteemed comments.

- pH is 3.91
- Active detergent index is 8.3%
- Paracetic acid is a mixture of acetic acid and  
  hydrogen peroxide.
