Title: Name that Enzyme!
Post by: edwardbp on January 06, 2017, 03:54:33 PM
Is there an enzyme or combination of enzymes that completely breaks down (i.e. hydrolyzes glycosidic linkages) fructo-oligosaccharides (a.k.a. fructans)? If so, can you name it or them?

May be some exotic inulinases do that.

Why don’t you “google” the <fructan hydrolase>, in order to get an idea?

@OP, It is a forum rule that you provide us with your attempt or thoughts before we can help you.  One thing you might find handy is using the search function at PubMed.
