Title: deoxycholic acid or sodium salt or both?

Sodium deoxycholate (Deoxycholic acid, sodium salt - MW 392.58)

0.15% (w/v) - Dissolve 150 mg of deoxycholic acid, sodium salt to a final volume of 100 mL with water.



hi guys,

i am confused because i don't understand this protocol. is that deoxycholic acid or sodium salt i should use or should i use both of them?  ::)

deoxycholic acid, sodium salt means the sodium salt of deoxycholic acid. Just the salt.
