Title: Cleaning dirty capillaries without replacing them

We have a current problem of DBU absorbing into our polymers leading into an ESI/ms.  How have you dealt with cleaning contaminants out of hard to reach places?   I was thinking of using a swelling solvent such as dioxane, but that may do more damage than its worth.  Do you refer to a stanadard operating procedure (if so what/where)?
