Title: Urea reaction
Post by: Goasyouare on February 02, 2017, 01:06:57 AM
I am trying to understand the reactivity of urea. I'm wanting to find an adhesive compound that is hydrophobic and a solution of water and urea will release the adhesion.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

There are tables for this sort of thing, but ...

and a solution of water

this conclusion is contrary to the premise above.  A water solution won't interact with a hydrophobic surface.

and urea will release the adhesion.

I don't see how that will help.

I can't tell if you're just stringing things together at random, or if you're building on something you didn't mention.  You may have to write more completely.
