Title: IUPAC naming

So I have to name the attached molecule. I am comfortable with the fact that the ester chain is propyl propanoate. However when trying to add in substituents I'm getting very confused with how to number the carbons. I've come up with 1,2-epoxypropyl 2-methylprop-1-eneoate as an idea.
Any help and explanation on how to properly name it would be great!

Close. The alkyl group is numbered from the C attached to O, so it's 2,3-epoxypropyl. And the acid moiety is numbered from the carbonyl C, so it would be 2-methylprop-2-enoate (or just propenoate, as there is no ambiguity here). I know it as glycidyl methacrylate.
