what is the correct arrangement of interparticle forces?
covalent bonds,hydrgen bonds, dipolar forces, dispersion forces
hydrogen bonds, covalent bonds, dispersion forces, dipolar forces
dispersion forces,dipolar forces, hydorgen bonds, covalent bonds
dipolar forces, despersion forces, covalent bonds, hydrogen bonds

It depends whether you are arranging them strongest -> weakest or vice versa. 1 or 3.
