Title: ELISA protocol - human sera
Post by: kajaas on April 15, 2017, 01:45:38 PM
Hi everyone.

I was in The National Reference Laboratory of tissue helminthiasis to test the reactivity of recombinant proteins with human sera. I was told That blocking step is pointless. So I've done one test with blocking and one without blocking and blocking is not really Necessary. Can you tell me why?

Thanks for any suggestions.
