Hi,
*I have problem about using kuderna-danish concetrator system.
*After soxhlet extraction of coal gasification char with toluen methanol mixture(140 ml), I have to concetrate my extract to 1 mL.
***how can operate kuderna danish concetrator?
*how much extract must be added to the flask?
*what is the required water bath temperature?
*To what level the tube should be immersed?
* How long does the process take?
and other important matters that to be considered?
