Basically,
For the following balanced stoich equation:
3PG + NAD + + Glucyt + H2O --> Ser + αKGcyt + NADHcyt + H+ + Pi
I have the following total flux: lets say: 15 mol/hr ( I only these two info)
I want to calculate the flow (conversion) of Glucyt into Ser.
I know 1:1 mole ratio but how can I calculate the molar flow fractions ?
Do I calculate the total mole of reactants: 6
And get the concentration of: 1/6 * Flux ?
Thanks guys!

Is this homework? I don't see where "6" comes from.
