Title: Heat monitoring on Batch Reactors

I am working on accurate heat measurement on batch reactors. I wonder if anyone has any experiences in this area. I would be keen to hear your thoughts.

Hi VA,

My experience has lead me to believe that batch reactors are quite specific to 1) reaction rate, 2) size of the vessel, 3) fluid heat conductivity, 4) tank heat conductivity, 5) product expansion/contraction, 6) foaming tendencies,  and many other aspects. 

Chuckle, as soon as I believe that I have a good grasp on it, someone creates something new that 'does not fit the traditional mold'.  In general, provide good mixing, and even heat removal/addition.
