Title: relation between LSPR peak and size of nanoparticles

Is it true that with the size increasing of the certain nanoparticles the UV-Vis absorbance will has the blue shift?

Not often - the lowest energy absorption of semiconductor particles blues shifts when particles get smaller, due to increased electron confinement. The SPR peak maxima of silver nanoparticles (which has a different physical origin) also are blue-shifted for smaller particles.
