Title: Thermal decomposition question
Post by: 1forest1 on November 18, 2017, 07:18:10 AM
We're doing an experiment on the thermal decompostion of copper sulfate pentahydrate, one of the questions is... Can you think of a quick test to show that the substance removed from your sample is in fact water.

any ideas??  :) :)

That's one idea.  You can easily make a list of all the properties of water, and absolutely pick any one or any number of them.
