why are many researchers interested in attaching DNA on the surface of nanaoparticles?
what is the role of DNA in this nano systems?

What information, on this subject, have you found? Who's doing this, what person or university or pharma research laboratory? And why do they say they are doing this?
The DNA, in question, what is the sequence of, or derived from? If they say, "a digest of Zika virus DNA is bound to gold nanoparticles" or "synthesized oligonucleotide homologous to human renal carcinoma marker gene KLE-1", then don't you have the answer you need? If not, can you tell us what more you may need -- specifically what is your question, and why do you need to know an answer so specific, from the most general of questions.
