Title: Calculating Theoretical Yield
Post by: stopkillingme21 on January 14, 2018, 05:02:19 PM
There's 0.00543 mol of Cyclododecanol (limiting reagent). I'm trying to get the mass (g) and moles of cyclododecanone.

Cyclododecanone
MW: 182.307
Density: 0.97 g/mL
Mass: ??
Moles: ??

How do I go about getting the mass and moles of cyclododecanone? Let me know if you need more information.

UPDATE: Pretty sure I figured it out. I got 0.989g and 0.00542 mol of C12H22O
